The Baykar Residences Phase 1 Project, located in Başakşehir, was conceived as a holistic living space comprising two residential blocks, social facilities, and a market structure. Supported by a cafe, gym, community garden, walking routes, and outdoor sports areas, the project aims to integrate users’ daily lives with social and high-quality open spaces. The project, which was awarded first prize in the international architectural competition organized by Baykar Technology in 2021, was completed in 2022.

Situated within Başakşehir’s fragmented urban fabric, the Baykar Residences Phase 1 Project aims to create a light, warm, and inviting living environment for company employees. The design establishes a simple yet dynamic architectural language through the combination of white plaster, red brick, and anthracite composite elements. This approach not only defines the project’s identity but also forms the foundation of a holistic architectural language that serves as a reference for subsequent residential projects.
