The Baykar Hotel Project, for which the design process was undertaken following an international architectural competition organized by Baykar Makina in 2023, was designed to host guests participating in training flights held in Keşan. The project offers a holistic accommodation concept shaped around two main hotel blocks, a conference hall, and a sheltered inner courtyard connecting these blocks. The layout organization creates a controlled and serene interior atmosphere, supported by common areas that enhance the user experience.

The natural slope of the project site was considered one of the key inputs guiding the architectural design; a strong relationship with the topography was established by providing access to the project from the lower level. Social amenity areas expand around the inner courtyard, creating semi-open living spaces where users can gather. With its topography-aligned settlement approach, contemporary hotel architecture, and controlled interior spatial design, the Baykar Hotel Project presents a unique accommodation structure that harmoniously combines functional needs with spatial experience.
