The Baykar Residences Phase 2 Project, located in Bahçeşehir, is a six-block residential project conceived as a structural extension of the existing Baykar Residences I development. This living space, positioned adjacent to the first phase to directly address the increasing need for staff accommodation, integrates daily life with open spaces, supported by extensive landscaping, children’s playgrounds, open parking areas, and social facilities. The site plan has been shaped around a systematic arrangement that fully optimizes pedestrian circulation and the use of shared green areas.

While maintaining continuity with the first phase in architectural design language and material choices, the development gains a new character and rhythm through differentiated roof forms. The combination of white plaster, red brick, and anthracite composite elements on the exterior facades creates visual integrity between the two phases. The developed roof geometries, in turn, create a dynamic and lively expression in the silhouette of the buildings. The project is considered a continuation project that preserves the existing architectural language while expanding it with the unique form configuration of its accommodation units.
