Located on the island of Bali, Indonesia, at the intersection of rice fields and rainforests, the Bali Villa Project is a residential proposal that establishes a direct relationship with its natural surroundings. The A-type villa concept ensures the structure is oriented towards the rainforest, creating a continuous visual connection between living spaces and the landscape. The design’s foundation lies in facade transparency and permeability between indoor and outdoor spaces. Large openings transform the tropical landscape into an extension of the living areas.

The structural elements and material selections for the Bali Villa Project are shaped by locally accessible production and construction capabilities. The project addresses a contemporary residential concept by relating it to Bali’s natural and structural context.
